SECURITY ENGINEERS

Responsibilities include firewall configurations, making configuration changes to firewalls, firewall troubleshooting, turning up new clients and following up with clients on existing issues, reviewing the Security Engineering Ticket Queue and making sure tickets are resolved

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • With understanding of basic networking principles
  • Knowledge of firewalls; Working knowledge of the Fortinet Firewall an advantage
  • Understanding of common network services (web, mail, ftp, etc), nework vulnerabilities, and network attack patterns
  • Security+ and/or Network+ Certifications (or equivalent), a plus
  • With excellent customer service skills and English communication skills
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

NETWORK ENGINEERS

Responsibilities include monitoring all client devices and managing all network outages, troubleshooting and resolving issues, following up on pending problems

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, ECE or equivalent; Candidates with Vocational or Short Course Certificate but with relevant experience may also apply.
  • With at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With Basic knowledge about Wide Area Networks
  • Experience with Network monitoring tools, working with Cisco devices such as routers or PIX would be preferred but not required.
  • With good organizational skills and oral and written communication skills
  • With the ability to communicate effectively dealing with internal and external customers and suppliers

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

  • Preferably with 1-4 Yrs Experience specializing in Customer Service or equivalent

HELPDESK ANALYSTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related courses.
  • With excellent English communication skills
  • With at least 1 year phone support/call center experience preferably in IT support (desktop, printers, etc.) or email support
  • Strong working knowledge of common operating systems and software applications
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others

OPERATIONS ENGINEER

The Operations Engineer is primarily responsible for the monitoring and maintenance of production systems. Other responsibilities include participation in capacity planning, allocation/forecasting of server usage, and development/production equipment specification, setup and equipment burn-in. The engineer is responsible for providing 24×7 network management functions including network surveillance, fault isolation, repair, trouble management, and Service Desk support.

  • Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent level of experience.
  • With hands on experience with Linux system administration
  • Experience should include installation, tuning, backup, and monitoring of systems.
  • With 2 yrs experience with UNIX/Linux OS and concepts (processes, cron, bash, top).
